Postnatal Yoga Classes
Postnatal yoga helps you to re-discover your body after birth! The focus of our classes is to:
- Tone up and shift baby weight
- Rebuild your core strength (abs and pelvic floor)
- Release tension from your neck and shoulders
- Relax your body and mind – your weekly dose of ‘me-time’!
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (or when given the all-clear from you doctor) up until any time – if you had bub a while ago and haven’t got back into exercising again yet, this is a great place to start. This class is just for mums, so book in your husband/partner for babysitting duties!
