Our Rouse Hill Prenatal Yoga classes are held on Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Our Rouse Hill classes are held at Gymbaroo, Rouse Hill Town Centre, above the library 29 Main Street, Rouse Hill.

Our Pregnancy Yoga Classes are a short drive from surrounding suburbs, including Annangrove, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Beaumont Hills, Box Hill, Carlingford, Cherrybrook, Dural, Glenhaven, Glenwood, Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge,  North Kellville, North Rocks, Riverstone, Round Corner, Rouse Hill, Schofields, Stanhope Gardens, The Ponds, and West Pennant Hills.
