Our training is in-depth and very practical. We focus on giving you the skills and confidence to teach pregnant women and new mums, as well as the theory. Our past teacher trainees always comment that the mentoring which comes with the course is invaluable.

We offer prenatal classes all over Sydney and are always looking for great teachers to join our team. Many of our graduates go on to become our next generation of permanent or cover teachers!

We are a registered Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, so you can claim Continuing Education points.
