Teacher Training

Are you a yoga teacher with a passion for working with Pregnant women and New Mums?

Or do you just want to better understand how to support pregnant women in a general yoga class?

Having worked with thousands of pregnant women and new mums all over Sydney, we know a thing or two about keeping women active and healthy during and after their pregnancy.
We are proud to call ourselves Sydney’s Pregnancy Yoga Experts.
We have two offerings to support Yoga Teachers in working with Pregnant women:

Supporting Pregnant Clients
in a General Yoga Class

3-hour workshop

You don’t necessarily want to teach prenatal yoga classes,
but you DO want a better understanding of how to
support a pregnant woman when she attends
your general yoga classes. You’ll learn:

✓ Benefits of yoga during pregnancy
✓ Questions you need to ask a pregnant woman
✓ Anatomy and physiology of pregnancy
✓ Contra-indicated asana and pranayama
✓ Common pregnancy conditions and how yoga can help
✓ How to modify class plans so the rest of the students don’t even realise they’re doing a prenatal-friendly routine!

This 3-hour workshop costs just $129
and includes a detailed manual.

Upcoming dates: To be announced

"I have attended Caroline's workshop on "Supporting Pregnant Clients in a General Yoga Class" and it was very insightful! This short 3-hour format was very practical and allowed me to feel much more confident to teach and include pregnant women in my classes. Caroline is very knowledgeable on the topic, and accessible to answer everyone's questions. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want (yet) to do a full Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training!"

Prenatal & Postnatal

I absolutely loved the training with Caroline, I learnt everything that was required, the content was clear, concise and straightforward, it was great to have a clear manual... The atmosphere and interactive approach aid the absorption of the new information. I enjoyed the tests and ability to observe the classes. All in all, I felt that I was trained well and ready to take on new classes right away.
