Our yoga, pilates and barre classes will help you to get fit, toned, and shift the baby weight! The focus is on strengthening your core (pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and glutes), alleviating back, neck and shoulder pain, and helping to relax your mind and body!


Suitable from 6 weeks - 60 years postpartum, our classes focus on the areas that ALL Mums really need.  


These postpartum yoga, pilates & barre classes are just for Mums (ie. no babies). If you're looking for classes WITH your baby, check out our Mums & Bubs yoga instead!

Because we specialise in Prenatal and Postnatal exercise we have the MOST CLASSES, with the BEST TEACHERS who really care about keeping YOU healthy, strong and relaxed.
Women with children of ALL ages are welcome in these classes!
