I started yoga classes with Mother Nurture Yoga during my second trimester. The classes were really friendly and relaxing, and the "ocean breathing" technique has come in handy many times since - not just during labour, but also for job interviews and other stressful situations! I'd never been much into yoga before pregnancy, but this class set me on a path to incorporating a regular yoga practice into my life during the year since my little boy was born. Highly recommended!
