Preparing for Labour? 

Learn Birth Skills and Bond as a Couple!

Do you love your Pregnancy Yoga classes but wish that your partner could learn birth skills too, so you can be a strong team on the big day? Preparing for labour and birth, and knowing how to communicate to your partner what you want, can be challenging. This 3-hour hands-on workshop is a blend of Yoga, Birth Education and Couple Relaxation. It is packed full of useful information and practical techniques to help you and your partner have a positive birth experience.

Places are limited to 10 Couples and fill up quickly. If you don’t have a partner, you may bring a birth support person, friend or relative. Suitable for all pregnant women, ideally during the second half of your pregnancy.

Price includes afternoon tea and handouts on breathing, acupressure and ideas for support partners.

During the Workshop you will:

  • Learn natural birth skills, including breathing techniques and active movements for birth
  • Practice ways your partner can support you during your pregnancy and labour, including massage, acupressure points, partner yoga and natural pain relief
  • Bond with your partner through some fun partner yoga (laughs are guaranteed!)
  • Bond with your baby bump
  • Relax deeply and enjoy some simple, guided meditations
