We’re Sydney’s only specialists in safe prenatal and postnatal exercise through Yoga, Pilates, and Barre.

Our Blacktown/Seven Hills Prenatal Yoga classes are held on Sundays at 9am.

Our Seven Hills Pregnancy Yoga Classes are at AMI Music, Level 1, 230 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills NSW 2147, Australia. There is free parking in the Seven Hills Plaza car park.

Our Pregnancy Yoga Classes are a short drive from surrounding suburbs, including Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Blacktown, Doonside, Girraween, Kings Langley, Kings Park, Lalor Park, Marayong, Northmead, Old Toongabbie, Prospect, Seven Hills, Westmead, and Winston Hills.

I would hands-down recommend MNY. This is my first pregnancy and I really wanted to do something that would not only help me, but my growing baby as well. I started at Mother Nurture yoga when I was 16 weeks and kept going until I was a little over 39 weeks(!) and it was the best decision I made. Attending different classes across the different locations was really flexible from going to ones in the CBD on my lunch break to ones closer to home at the weekends. The yoga teachers know their stuff and provide a space of calm and support for you to have some relaxing "you and bub" time. Sharing yoga poses and breathing techniques to help with not only your labour but life as a whole! 🙂 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MNY and will be joining up to the mums and bubs class when I can. Big shout out to all the teachers in the team but more so the ones that put up with me (a complete yoga newbie!) for so many weeks including Caroline, Sharon, Jo and Apiwan 🙂 You ladies are amazing!

I attended Mother Nurture Yoga classes during my second and third trimester. It was amazing experience. My instructor Lissette was extremely friendly and great instructor. I loved her Sunday classes at blacktown. I was a nervous first time mum with GD and yoga classes helped me calm my nerves along with keep my diabetes in check. I highly recommend Mother Nature Yoga classes.
