Our Carlingford Pregnancy Yoga classes are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm.

Our Carlingford Pregnancy Yoga Classes are at Carlingford Uniting Church, 27 Lloyds Avenue, on the corner of Shirley Street, Carlingford. There is a car park plus plenty of free street parking nearby.

Our Carlingford Classes are a short drive from surrounding suburbs, including Baulkham Hills, Beecroft, Cheltenham, Denistone, Dundas, Dundas Valley, Eastwood, Epping, Kingsdene, North Rocks, Oatlands, Parramatta North, Pennant Hills, Ryde, Telopea, West Pennant Hills and West Ryde.

I've been meaning to post for ages, better late than never. Had the pleasure of having yoga classes led by Caroline Bragga during my 2nd pregnancy. In my last class, I thought I was having Braxton hicks contractions. Certain poses did relieve the discomfort. Turns out I was in early stages of labour. Had my baby the following morning. All the classes I have attended have been relaxing, comforting and supportive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking into doing pregnancy yoga.

Highly recommend for pregnancy yoga. I have been going there weekly and have found this very relaxing and also helpful throughout the pregnancy. Caroline is very kind, caring and also takes into account individual concerns before undertaking her classes. Will definitely recommend and come back for mums and bubs class when baby is born!

I had no previous Yoga experience, and decided to attend Carolines pre-natal classes in Carlingford. I began when i was 12 weeks pregnant and have attended every week since, and am now 39+4 pregnant (still). Sadly probably have just finished my last ever pregnancy yoga class 🙁 I cannot highly recommend her classes enough (also Kimberly's Seven Hills class as well). I felt really nervous in my pregnancy early on, and immediately found warmth and encouragment, and a sense of calm and quiet from each and every class that left me feeling so happy and grounded as an expectant mum. I felt stronger physically, and am feeling confident now going into labor thanks to these classes through all of the techniques i have learnt and practiced each week. It was my hour each week away from all the fears and anxieties of pregnancy, where each class for me really highlighted the wonders and joys of pregnancy, whilst remaining active and healthy with other mums. The Couples Birth Preparation class is also an absolute must! It is a fun, special, and educational 3 hours that we both left feeling so grateful for. I will miss my yoga classes now, and hope i can encourage someone reading this who may be unsure - to attend - it is worth every minute 🙂
