In this practice we combine the benefits of Pilates strength training with the flexibility of Yoga, as well as essential breathing techniques, pelvic floor work and meditation. The focus is strength in the middle (abdominal area, buttocks and lower back), so your changing body develops harmoniously, stretching muscles, toning the body, improving posture, developing coordination and stimulating blood circulation.
