Our Inner West Prenatal Yoga classes are held on Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Sundays at 9:30 am in Five Dock.

Our Pregnancy Yoga Classes are a short drive from surrounding suburbs, including Abbotsford, Annandale, Ashfield, Balmain, Burwood, Cabarita, Canada Bay, Chiswick, Concord, Croydon, Drummoyne, Five Dock, Gladesville, Haberfield, Homebush, Hunters Hill, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, Rozelle, Strathfield, and Summer Hill.

I am really enjoying Mother Nurture’s Yoga in person and online classes. I joined up because I wanted to stay fit during pregnancy, but wanted to exercise safely – because the classes are specifically designed for pregnant women I feel confident that the positions are safe for the baby.

I also enjoy practicing yoga with other pregnant women, I felt part of a community I didn’t know existed.

I had many wonderful yoga sessions throughout my pregnancy and postnatal months with Mother Nurture Yoga, and would highly recommend them. I gained so much from both the studio and remote sessions, and am very grateful that classes were able to continue so seamlessly by zoom once the covid lockdown began earlier in the year (and beyond!). Nell, Rua and Caroline were all such great teachers, and I'm incredibly grateful for the gentle and nurturing guidance provided with the yoga practice throughout this special stage of life. I'm feeling much stronger and better after a pelvic floor injury and back pain from the birth of my baby four months ago. We had access to recordings from the livestream classes too, which was great - especially for the Mums and Bubs sessions, as I often needed to stop and attend to bub during class, which is probably easier at home than in the studio!

Mother Nurture Yoga is 100% one of the best things I’ve done for both my physical and mental health in pregnancy and I can’t recommend them highly enough. All the instructors are absolutely lovely, experienced and knowledgeable and it’s great to meet other expectant mums too. I discovered them via Groupon when I was about 15 weeks pregnant and have really enjoyed every class. The couples birth workshop was also a really enjoyable and valuable experience. I would highly recommend Mother Nurture Yoga to anyone who is pregnant. The yoga and Pilates classes were the perfect pace for me through my second and third trimesters and the skills learned even helped during labour and birth. Caroline, Rua and Nell were all friendly, professional and very supportive. Apart from the physical benefits, I have found new friends in a wonderful group of local mums-to-be.
