Our Parramatta Prenatal Yoga classes are held on Saturdays at 9:30 am.

Our Parramatta pregnancy yoga classes are held at Centenary Uniting Church, 46 Sorrell Street, North Parramatta.

Our Prenatal Yoga Classes are a short drive from surrounding suburbs, including Camellia, Constitution Hill, Granville, Graystaynes, Harris Park, Holroyd, Mays Hill, Merrylands, Northmead, North Parramatta, Oatlands, Pendle Hill, Pemulway, Rosehill, Rydalmere, Wentworthville and Westmead.

Joining mother nurture yoga was the best thing l did for myself during my pregnancy. I believe the yoga classes I did with Caroline benefited me enormously during my second pregnancy. Compared to my first pregnancy where I did no yoga, my second baby came much quicker and I used the yoga poses and breathing techniques during contractions.
