Full Day Pregnancy Retreat

Next Full Day Retreat: Sunday 27 June 2021, Kenthurst

Join Mother Nurture Yoga Founder and Mum of 3, Caroline Bagga, and Midwife & Yoga Teacher Keren, for a day of nourishing yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, childbirth education, delicious food and the company of other mums-to-be!

Our Pregnancy Retreat takes place at a stunning rural yoga centre in Kenthurst (close to Dural), only 50 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 20 minutes from Castle Hill. Leave the hustle and bustle of daily life far behind and take this opportunity to honour your pregnancy, prepare yourself mentally and physically for birth and bond with your baby.

The optional pregnancy massage is a not-to-be-missed highlight!

Price includes a gift bag, food (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) and all activities except for the optional pregnancy massage. Health fund rebates available.

Typical Full Day Retreat Itinerary:

9:00am   Arrive, chai, introductions and overview of the day
9:30am Meditation and Prenatal Yoga
10:30am Morning tea, introductions and discussion about labour including natural pain management
11:30am Discussion about breathing techniques and active positions for labour
12:30pm Lunch ‚Äď delicious vegetarian food plus Q&A with Midwife
1:30pm  Yin Yoga (to rest and digest!) combined with a beautiful chakra meditation
2:30pm  Gentle Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra (rejuvinating yogic sleep!)
3:30pm  Afternoon tea and creative session making birth bracelets
4:30pm  Close and Departure
