Leave the hustle and bustle of daily life far behind and take this opportunity to honour your pregnancy, prepare yourself mentally and physically for birth and bond with your baby.
Our Pregnancy Retreats take place at a stunning yoga retreat centres called Swamis in Kenthurst, only 50 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 20 minutes from Castle Hill.

Relax by the log fire, lounge in the sun next to the swimming pool, enjoy bushwalks and delicious food.
Connect with other pregnant Mummas or spend time alone – it’s your day!

This is what the day looks like:
9:00 am chai, introductions and overview of the day
9:30 am Meditation and Prenatal Yoga
10:30 am Morning tea and discussion about labour and natural pain management
11:30 am Positions for Active Birth, breathing techniques and relaxing hypnotherapy for a Positive Birth
12:30 pm Lunch – delicious vegetarian food
1:30 pm myofascial Roll & release with Midwife Keren
2:30 pm Gentle Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation) with Crystal Singing Bowl healing Sound Bath
3:45 pm Afternoon tea
4:00 pm Close and Departure
And of course, you can skip any of the sessions to spend time reconnecting with nature in the beautiful retreat grounds.

Suitable for all pregnant women, whether or not you have done yoga before. It’s also suitable for first-time mums, as well as second/third time mums!
and reflect on this amazing journey that you’re on – preparing mentally for birth and motherhood. We talk all about labour and birth – mostly things that they don’t tell you about in the standard childbirth education classes – and give you a chance to put what you learn into practice, including active positions for labour and breathing techniques.
It’s also an opportunity for you to connect with other pregnant women. On past Retreats the ladies have bonded so well that they stay in touch and meet up with each other afterwards. It’s so special to share this journey with others who are in the same boat as you. We get a great mix of first, second and third time Mummas.
